I LOVE this recipe!! My mother in law made it for us while she was up visiting. It's super easy and tastes amazing. Its a great spin on traditional meat loaf!
Stuffed Burger Bundles:
Ingredients:
1 pkg herb stuffing mix (I'm usually a stove top fan, but if you're looking to cut out HFCS, you might need to try the store brands)
1 lb ground beef
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Bread Crumbs
1 small Onion
1/3 c. Milk
(and anything else you might use in making a meatloaf)
Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine Ground Beef, bread crumbs, onion and milk to create a meatloaf type mixture. Divide into several round patties - about 6 inches in diameter. Put about 1/4 c. of stuffing in the middle of each patty, seal and place in a casserole dish. Pour cream of mushroom soup over each burger bundle (in condensed form, don't prepare the soup). Place in oven uncovered and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 mins or until meat is cooked through. Makes 4 servings.
