Slow Cooker Black Bean Chicken

This is a variation of my Chicken Soft Tacos!

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen
1 (15 1/2) oz can black beans, drained
1 (15 oz) Jar salsa
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese


Instructions
Place frozen chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add black beans (drained!) & salsa. Cook on high for 5 hrs or low for 8. Toss block of cream cheese on top & let stand for 30 min
