I haven't given this one a try yet, but Molly gave it to me, and I'm definitely trying it now that the weather has turned cooler! :)
Chicken Pot Pies
- Refrigerated pie shells (in the refrig. dough section)
- 1 - 2 Chicken Breasts, grilled and cubed
- 1 can Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 bag frozen veggies (Microwave until tender)
Lay out pie shells in large muffin pan cups. Mix cooked Chicken, Soup and Veggies. Fill shells and top with dough. Cook as directed in package.
